Sean Cullen is an attorney with experience and strength of a litigator. His long history of litigation experience includes trying hundreds of cases through verdict, and thousands of hearings. His areas of practice include criminal, traffic, domestic, nonprofit groups, small corporations, wiretaps, and electronic communications.

Sean has handled over 7,000 selective criminal matters as a prosecutor and as defense counsel. He’s prosecuted over 4,500 criminal cases, including: homicides, rape, narcotics, fraud, theft, and corrupt organizations. Sean was also the supervising attorney on over fifteen wiretap investigations. Sean’s philosophy – that a case is only as strong as the systematic and detailed work that went into the preparation – ensures that he never shies away from a court battle.

Sean received a post-doctoral Masters in Trial Advocacy from Temple University in 2001, which at the time was recognized nationally as the top program in trial advocacy in the country. His domestic and civil litigation practice developed under the same philosophy that guided him through public service: that a thoroughly prepared case comes to successful resolution or successful litigation quickly, preserving valuable funds for the client.

Sean is an expert in electronic communication interception. He is a coveted lecturer on a range of topics, including electronic interceptions, wiretap laws, and the legal issues and physical effects of narcotics and fraud.

Sean is faithful to his law enforcement roots: he establishes nonprofits for multiple Law Enforcement agencies and represents them in court when needed. Sean and his wife Sharon are very active in community organizations, and founded the Montgomery County Hero Fund, a nonprofit which guarantees “the acts of a Hero will never go forgotten, and that Police, Firemen, First Responders and Military personal hurt on or in the line of duty and their families will be taken care of if tragedy strikes.”
